Mindox Becomes the First Mongolian AI Solution to Achieve Microsoft Azure IP Co-Sell Status

Mindox, our intelligent document processing (IDP) solution, is now officially Azure IP Co-Sell eligible. For our clients, this milestone means easier access to secure, Microsoft-backed technology that helps streamline operations, digitize workflows, and accelerate growth - while also enabling enterprises to procure more easily through Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment (MACC)
Building on our Microsoft partnership
Just recently, we announced that Mindox went live on Microsoft Azure, making AND Global one of the first Mongolian AI partners to join Microsoft’s ecosystem. Alongside Mindox, two other solutions: Looms, our modular loan origination and management system, and our document management system (DMS), were also listed on the Azure Marketplace.
These milestones highlighted our commitment to ensuring enterprises can access our solutions through Microsoft’s trusted platform.
Today, with Azure IP Co-Sell eligibility, we’ve taken that commitment one step further.
What does Azure IP Co-Sell eligibility mean?
Being “Azure IP co-sell eligible” isn’t just about being listed on Azure. It means Microsoft has validated Mindox for enterprise readiness - covering aspects like security, scalability, and compliance. More importantly, it means Microsoft’s global sales teams can now actively introduce and promote Mindox to their customers.
For enterprises, that translates into easier access to a solution they can trust, backed by both AND Global’s innovation and Microsoft’s scale. For us, it’s recognition of the work our teams have put in to build products that can meet the needs of some of the most demanding industries.
Microsoft’s perspective
Michael Benguigui, Sr Partner Solutions Sales Manager, Software Development Company - Asia Financial Services Lead - Microsoft, highlighted this momentum:
“Achieving Azure IP Co-sell eligibility is a key milestone that validates the technical and commercial readiness of a solution. It opens the door to deeper collaboration with Microsoft sellers and accelerates customer adoption by aligning with their cloud consumption commitments. For customers, procuring B2B solutions from the Microsoft commercial marketplace that are MACC-eligible allows them to draw down on their Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment (MACC), streamlining procurement and maximizing the value of their existing investments.”
Why this matters for businesses
Mindox helps organizations transform unstructured documents into structured, actionable data. That means faster onboarding, quicker decision-making, and fewer errors in critical workflows. Already, we’re working with financial institutions and enterprises in Southeast Asia to digitize manual processes and free up teams for higher-value work.
And now, with Looms, DMS, and Mindox all on the Azure Marketplace — and with Mindox advancing to IP Co-Sell eligibility — enterprises have more choice than ever in how they modernize their lending operations, document handling, and data-driven workflows.
Looking ahead
Our journey with Microsoft is only just beginning. From Azure migration to marketplace listings and now co-sell eligibility, these milestones are about one thing: making advanced, localized AI and fintech solutions accessible to more organizations. We’re proud to represent Mongolia and Southeast Asia on the global stage, and even more excited about what this partnership will unlock next.
